This is why Mourinho WANTED him: Dybala scores his first goal for Roma
The Argentine showed all his class with his first goal for the Giallorossi
It was a key match for José Mourinho's Roma and the star man he wanted pulled it off. Paulo Dybala had a fantastic first half against Monza and is leading his team to victory by opening the scoring with a great goal which allowed the Argentine to show all his speed, physicality and finishing in the same play.
In the minute 17, in the middle of the pitch, Tammy Abraham headed a ball that came from the defense and after a great control, Dybala ran more than 40 meters with two rivals chasing him. The Argentine had to control ball more than once and when he understood that it was time, he took an unstoppable crossed left-footed shot to seal the 1-0.
This is Paulo Dybala's first goal for AS Roma and he does it on a key match, with defensing champions AC Milan only managing to draw with Sassuolo days before the derby against Inter Milan and this gives Mourinho's team the chance to get ahead of the Rossoneri.
