The four-time Champions League champion is the consumate image of a winner, but he'll soon be battling one of his most unexpected demons: Celtic Park. After nearly 30 years in management, the Italian is yet to take victory in the historic Scottish venue. Six times as manager of AC Milan has the 63-year-old met Celtic, losing one and drawing two of the three away games.
"It's true, it's not been good stadium for me and my teams in the past," explained Carletto during the press conference ahead of his Champions League opener at the mythical ground against Celtic.
"It is a really difficult stadium but it is a fantastic atmosphere", added the Real Madrid manager, trying to provide an explanation for this unexpected bogey, "I love that my teams can play in this atmosphere. It's obviously going to be a difficult game. They are a lot like us in that they have a good dynamic at the moment, they play with a lot of intensity".

However, Carlo Ancelotti was clear to add that he and his team are ready to end the "curse" for good: "We are prepared, we are ready for it and hopefully we will get a victory in our first game. We are looking forward to it".
