Chelsea: Finally back on the top of the English flight?
Blues supporters hope 2022-23 season to be the one they beat Liverpool and City.
Chelsea is preparing for a new season participating in the United States Florida Cup, hoping 22/23 brings glory to Stamford Bridge. To reach this, the Blues need to improve in many aspects they seem ready for.
Tuchel`s side finished last Premier League in the third spot, reaching a Champions League place, but far away from champions Manchester City and runners Liverpool, 19 and 18 points behind respectively.
In order to compete and try to beat those two clubs, Chelsea will need to score more goals as 100M signing Romelu Lukaku did not reach expectations, getting just 15 in 58 games played, making the Blues have 23 goals less than ManCity.

German`s manager's 3-4-2-1 formation means Kai Havertz and Timo Werner are going to compete for the central striker position in the starting eleven. The assists are gonna come by the two players behind them, Mason Mount, for sure, and the doubt of Hakim Ziyech, Christian Pulisic, or new signing Raheem Sterling.
Former City player managed to score 134 goals, and assist 94 times in 337 games played with the citizens. Those stunning numbers, along with the huge fee of 53M Euros Chelsea paid for him, will probably be the breaking point that will get Raheem in the line-up.
Sterling may be in Tuchel`s starting eleven.
Jorginho, Kovacic, and Kanté will compete for two places in the midfield, with Marcos Alonso and Reece James by the sides of the pitch. Finally, a defense composed of Thiago Silva, Malanga Sarr, and Chalobah seems to be chosen by Tuchel, knowing that Christensen, Rudiger, and captain Azpilicueta left London.
With these starters in consideration and a manager who already knows how to win huge trophies like the Champions League, fans hope to see the Blues competing for the Premier League title and lift the trophy again after six years.
