The last couple of years haven't been kind to Dele Alli's career. After bursting out into the scene with Mauricio Pochettino's Tottenham Hotspur, Alli looked every bit as big a talent as Harry Kane, as the two took over the Premier League like a storm. Now, however, things couldn't be more different, and while Kane still pushes Tottenham into contention, Alli could be moving to Turkish football.
Dele Alli failed to get his career back on track with Everton
The midfielder is still just 26 years old, but his career has suffered lately. While at Tottenham, his performances dropped to the point where he fell from the starting 11. After the Argentine coach left, neither José Mourinho nor Nuno Espirito Santo were able to bring back his best form and it was Antonio Conte who branded him expendable, which got him a move to Everton on a free deal.
However, things haven't worked out for Dele Alli at the Toffees either, and now his future looks to be outside of England. Turkish giants Besiktas are ready to seal the transfer with Everton, offering to either take the Dele Alli on loan or to sign him permanently with an immediate sale of around 10 million euros.
The move would have to green light from the Goodison Park club; Toffees manager Frank Lampard had long admired Alli and thought he could get him back to his best, but that hasn't happened, and both parties are willing to split ways amicably.

Others praised the potential of the move, with former Spurs icon Jamie Rednapp said it would be a change for the England international to get his career back on track: "It's up to Dele. He can't keep looking at everyone else. It's not the ideal move but it's one where hopefully he can reignite his career and get going again".
