Erling Haaland: The STUNNING numbers of a BALLER we have NEVER seen before
Haaland seems to keep breaking records and destroying rivals
Erling Haaland keeps fooling us. Every game, the striker makes us think he reached his peak, but the next match, he just scores more goals and plays better with his teammates, and this scenario repeats every single weekend.
The Norwegian arrived at Manchester City last summer transfer window. Since then, he scored 17 goals in eleven matches, an average of 1,54 goals per game.
If he keeps on this path, the maths tells us that the "Android" will finish the season with 102 goals, something we have never seen before. Neither Messi nor Ronaldo has ever reached something like that, as the record the Argentinian holds is 82 goals in 2011.
But does not enough for Erling. The 17 goals were made in only 23 shoots, and 11 games. If we go to maths again, 73% of his shoots strike the net, far above the 20% average of any player.
Breaking records is also something he likes. After the last derby against Manchester United, Haaland became the fastest player to ever score three hat-tricks in Premier League history as it took him only eight matches to reach that, 40 games less than former record holder Michael Owen.
Those numbers surprise us in every aspect, but it seems that for Erling Haaland is not enough, and he will keep breaking records and giving us goals, probably making him finish as a legend with only 22 years. Absolute baller.
