He won almost EVERYTHING with Real Madrid but he's now UP FOR SALE
Los Blancos don't joke around when it's time to do business, and he could see himself out of the club very soon
Football is a cutthroat business. If you didn't know, now you do. Players, managers, agents, presidents and owners, all are there to do one of two things: winning or making money. And sometimes, it's not even enough to make both, as Real Madrid's Ferland Mendy is surely all too aware of.
The former Lyon player is coming off one of the greatest seasons of his life with Los Blancos, playing as one of the starter left backs for the club that won LaLiga and the Champions League. However, at the Santiago Bernabeu there are doubts about his performance, and with the addition of Antonio Rudiger, moving David Alaba to the left back spot becomes possibility.

From his own part, Ferland Mendy reportedly wants to stay put at Real Madrid. He joined the club in 2019 from Ligue 1's Olympique Lyon for 48 million euros. The Frenchman played 35 matches for Los Blancos across all competitions, scoring two goals and providing five assists.
