The Bianconeri are negotiating to add another Albiceleste star to their squad
"We cannot have such a large squad. We have to reduce it because if there are unhappy players, that negatively affects the group. I know the responsibility I have. I have not come to be a revolutionary or to change everything, but we have to go in the same direction ", were the words of Christophe Galtier when he arrived as head coach at Paris Saint Germain. Everything indicates that Leandro Paredes was unsatisfied with the minutes that he was getting that is why he has everything ready to depart the Parisian club.
As reported by Sky Sports, Leandro Paredes reached an agreement with Juventus to be join Massimiliano Allegri at the Bianconeri. The Argentine has the agreed personal terms and now Juventus wants to reach an agreement with PSG, which asks for 15 million euros to release the starting midfielder of the Argentine National Team.
Several factors work in favour of Leandro Paredes. Paul Pogba has been injured and will not play until September; Aaron Ramsey has left the club; and Arthur Melo is currently looking for a move out. In addition, Angel Di María, one of his best friends in the Argentine National Team, would be on the team.
Gigi Buffon, one of the biggest Juventus legends, has already given him his blessing: "I can see Paredes at Juventus, he is a very reliable player and has experience. He could add to the team. I feel sad about Pogba's injury but I know that when he recovers, it will be very decisive for Juve".
Along with what unfolds at Juventus, PSG also played a role in helping Paredes reach this conclusion. The Parisian outfit bought Vitinha and Renato Sanches, as well as having Marco Verratti who will remain in his starting position. Leandro Paredes will be making his comeback to Italian football after previously playing for Chievo Verona, Empoli, and Roma.
