The RIDICULOUS FIGURE Juventus are offering for Pogba's return
Juventus want their top target back at the club and are sparing no expense to bring him in.
They've all said their goodbyes, and even an official statement was released earlier, confirming Paul Pogba will be moving on from Manchester United. Once his contract runs out on June 30th, the French midfielder will be free to move to whatever club piques his interest.
So far, the only destination that has come up as a solid option for Pogba has been none other than his former club Juventus. The World Cup-winning midfielder played for the Italian giants between 2012 and 2016, after leaving Old Trafford as a 19 year old to find playing time and a big role in one of Europe's top sides, something that then-United manager Sir Alex Ferguson didn't seem to be able to provide.
It's been then years since then and now it's looking like Pogba's career will be spent (provided you forget about his youth team days at Torcy and Le Havre) between those historic clubs, as his return to Juventus seems all but agreed to.
In order to secure the return of the player that revolutionised their game back in 2012, Juventus are ready to make massive offer. According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, la Vecchia Signora will be forking out 8 million euros per season, plus add-ons, and are now just waiting on the final answer from Pogba.
Despite those numbers looking impressive, as it will make Pogba one of the best paid players in Serie A, it illustrates the immense gulf between the Italian top tier and the Premier League, as Pogba is currently being paid more than double that figure at Manchester United, on 15 million pounds (17.5 million euros) per season.
