The DREAM SIGNING for PSG's Campos that would cost 80 MILLION
The new PSG sporting director has a dream target, but it would cost a hefty fee
With just 12 days left until the transfer market closes Paris Saint Germain have not yet completed their squad; their new head coach, Christophe Galtier, revealed this much during a recent press conference. However, things are looking difficult for a club that's used to getting what they want.
Matter of fact, Galtier's team is still missing two signings. First centreback Milan Skriniar, who remains out of reach for the Parisian club due to Inter Milan's demands of 70 million euros. The second one is Bernardo Silva who remains a big dream for PSG.
French newspaper L'Équipe reports that PSG's Luis Campos will stop at nothing to get the Manchester City midfielder. The new Parisian sporting director has been long in love with the Portuguese star's talent and even went as far as to sign him for Monaco, where he won Ligue 1 in 2017. Campos is still trying to sign him before the market closes, while behind closed doors Bernardo Silva does not deny that he is seduced by the new PSG project.
Despite the strong interest from Barcelona, the good relationship between Luis Campos and Bernardo Silva could facilitate their arrival in the French capital. However, the operation is complex, particularly from an economic standpoint. Manchester City do not want to sell, so Bernardo Silva would cost a prohibitive 80 million euros. Despite that, PSG remain hopeful to sign him.
