The 21 year old has worked under all three men, having had Guardiola during his days at Manchester City, as well as Luis Enrique with the Spain National Team and now under Xavi at Barça
"Each one has its nuances but it is about pressing after a loss and the release of the ball. It is what has always characterized Barça", explained Garcia, who returned to his youth club Barcelona on a free deal from the Sky Blues.
That has been very much the ethos under Xavi Hernandez at Barcelona, whose main task has been restoring the pride in the Barça way after the free-spending era under Josep Bartomeu that saw the economic collapse of the club and unbelievable results like the 8-2 suffered against Bayern Munich.
